This is venezuelan president’s daugther, Roainés Chávez, holding a pack of dollars, hanging with Miley Cirus and Justin Bieber. Now let me tell you why these pictures are fucked up.

First, in Venezuela there’s somethign called “dollars exchange control”, this means that venezuelan people could not go to a money trade bank and “buy” dollars. No. If venezuelan people need dollars, it must be because we’re going to travel upbroad, so we have to go to CADIVI (in every bank of the country) a guvernamental facility where you ask for permission to have american money.
So they ask you for a certain amount of paper work, including having a credit card and a plain ticket. And then you must wait if they approve this (this mean there is a chance that they don’t approve your aplication).
If they approve it, they approve the amount they think is convenient for you. This is called a ”quota”, and is only given one per year. Also there is one to buy online up to 1000$. But this not given in bills, this is given in a card.
If this is so for every venezuelan, WHAT IS DOING THIS FOURTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL HOLDING MY QUOTA AND THE QUOTA OF ALL MY FAMILY IN HER HANDS?!
Then there is the pictures with the pop stars, they came to venezuela last year, and the ticket to go see them was disgustinly expensive… really, I have pay a lot of money to go see some bands I like, but with a lot of sacrifice… but this girl not only assited their shows… but she MET THEM. Gawd know how much she must have paid.
Now I know where the money of the hospitals and taxes are…
This makes me fucking mad.
